New Zealand Fantail / Pīwakawaka – A3 Signature Wall Art (Oak or Walnut)

The pīwakawaka has a way of turning up when you are out in the bush: quick, curious and impossible to ignore. This design captures that sense of movement, with the bird perched among a flowering branch and its tail fanned wide.

Built in three layers, the stained birch artwork overlay sits over a crisp white cast-acrylic middle layer and a dark grey-stained timber backing. Light catches the acrylic through the fine cut detail, creating clean contrast and shadow depth that changes as the piece is viewed from different angles.

Framed in your choice of American White Oak or American Black Walnut, same price either way, and finished with a hard wax oil. Each A3 piece is designed, made and finished in our Helensville workshop. Natural timber grain and hand finishing make every piece subtly individual.
