Returns and refunds

Every furnACE piece is made by hand in our Helensville workshop. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, we will replace or refund it, no argument.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us directly at andrew@furnace.nz or 021 149 9447 within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.

As each piece is handmade, slight natural variation in timber grain, colour and finish is part of the character of the work and is not a fault.

Made-to-order and personalised items: because these are made specifically for you, we may not be able to accept returns unless the item is faulty or not as described. Please get in touch and we will work with you.

Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at the buyer's cost. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover return shipping.
