Shipping Policy

All furnACE pieces are handmade to order in our Helensville workshop, so please allow time for your item to be made before it ships.

Processing time
Most orders are made and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Larger or made-to-order pieces may take a little longer. If there is any delay, we will be in touch.

Shipping within New Zealand
We ship NZ-wide by tracked courier.
Flat rate shipping: $8.50
Free shipping on orders over $150
You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

Local pickup
Free local pickup is available from Helensville by arrangement. Choose pickup at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a time.

Delivery times
Delivery is usually 1 to 3 business days after dispatch for most NZ addresses. Rural deliveries may take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at andrew@furnace.nz or 021 149 9447 within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.

We currently ship within New Zealand only.
